A) Hazard analysis and Risk characterisation activities
- Involved in several risk evaluations and toxicological-clearance-request assessments including new tooth-brush concepts, and various chemicals used in food-plant cleaning.
- Provided an extensive safety analysis for use of Monascus-fermented food products (a blood-cholesterol lowering agent), a key ingredient to Unilever’s new Global functional-food strategy.
