This role entails the following:
A) Departmental
oversight
- Constructed a department from the ground up and developed a worldwide globally-compliant infrastructure including tools, systems and training. Recruited and managed an international team. Embedded the processes and unit within the wider organisation whilst providing strategic oversight, regulatory and technical expertise.
- Accountable to Clients and several QPPVs in regards to Risk-Management activities, compliance, delivery and escalations for outsourced products globally.
- Led the incorporation of a Safety division from a newly-acquired company in APAC area.
B) Business-generation
- Subject-Matter-Expert for all tenders requesting safety-management services. Developed budgets, infrastructure, resourcing options for potential Clients and negotiated contractual arrangements.
- Proactive commercial lead-generation duties generating consistent growth yearly.
- Created bidding models and established an iterative service-enhancement framework to continuously assess technology needs or specific market-demand in order to generate differentiated commercial options.
C) Clients’ project-management
- Provided dynamic portfolio- and contract-management for current Clients, including forecast, technology decisions, implementation and KPI oversight.
- Escalation point for dispute resolutions/customer-management and accountable for Service performance and delivery within costs and timelines (>90% retention at 7y).
