This parallel role between May 06 and Aug 011 
entailed the following:

A) Global compliance leadership

  • Managed a team of 6 "Champions" (including 2 contractors) across 4 Global Clinical-Safety sites to lead the incorporation of Good-Record-Management Practices into all safety-related processes, third-party contracts, and IT systems. Routinely advised Senior Leaders on process/compliance issues.


B) Technology management

  • Led the development and successful implementation in 2008 of a Documentum authoring software (project-cost > £600K) streamlining/securing Company’s safety-related, critical-report production. Also had system/user/compliance-management responsibility.

C) Legal coverage

  • Routinely assisted the Global Executive and Legal Council teams with products' and projects' records identification and disclosures in support of litigations and complaints held against GSK Pharma products.
